REDDIT PPC: The Next Thing? | Hero Conference Takeaways Part 1

Table of Contents

We picked up some valuable tips at the Hero Conference, and we’re going to share our top 3 takeaways with you. Up first, Reddit.

1. Reddit PPC is the secret because it’s got low regulation and technology for paid advertising. It’s much less robust than facebook, and also less competitive. It’s the wild wild west of PPC, if you will.

2. Reddit is a great grounds for inspiration, and getting quality thoughts and feedback from real users. Go to reddit to find the pain points and problems for a specific topic.

3. Reddit has great backlink power. The authority on Reddit is high, so if you can find a way to add a quality backlink you’ll do your page a big favor.

BUT be careful! Redditors can SMELL marketers and will NOT trust them if they don’t have any authority or credibility on their page. DO 👏 NOT 👏 SPAM  👏.

That’s all for now! Stay tuned, we’ve got more takeaways coming next week!
